We had a great time during our 1-night stay! The staff was super friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring. Our room was clean, and they even had really nice showers. Just wish the housekeeping was a bit more on top of things because we found some hair in the corners. Overall, a solid spot.

During my stay in a King Corner Suite, I found the staff exceptionally polite and welcoming. The room was generally comfortable, and the location was perfect for my needs. However, some areas in the hotel could use better cleaning, as I noticed a few unkempt spots during my visit.

I had a decent stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff really stood out with their friendliness and willingness to help. The lobby looked modern, and my room felt clean upon arrival. I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room, useful amenities for my stay. The bed was super comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. Breakfast selection was solid with pancakes, eggs, and pastries, making mornings easier. However, there were noticeable issues. The bathroom needed better maintenance. the shower had a worn head and loose tiles. I also found a lot of fuzz on the sofa, which was unappealing. Lastly, the mini fridge carried a strange smell, which made me hesitant to use it. Overall, some areas felt neglected while the staff genuinely tried to make my experience better.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend break in Tiffin with good value. The one person working the night we checked in was fantastic and helped us find extra pillows. Just check the mini fridge before you use it. ours had a weird smell.
